Water network: collection coverage

All 12 district monitoring points contributed to this release. Together their submissions account for 2,333 records before exclusions. Local identifiers are retained in the working register, allowing a correction to be traced back to the source without adding it twice.

Coverage is checked against the expected source list, not against an assumed daily total. An office can submit fewer observations without being absent from the collection. The published count therefore separates the number of reporting sources from the volume of records they supplied.
