The pump and reservoir logs cut uses the full calendar day of 18 October 2026, from 00:00 through 23:59 UTC. Records are assigned by their observation time, not by the moment a clerk finishes uploading them. The 5 unresolved timestamps remain outside the published series.

A late submission may belong to an earlier collection window. It is reviewed against that window before entering a later revision. This keeps a busy reporting morning from appearing as a sudden rise in activity on the following day.
